Once you wind your way along narrow residential roads and a short stretch of very bumpy private drive you find a very nice RV park. Interior roads and sites are concrete. The layout is easy to maneuver and takes advantage of the location directly on the Dickinson Bayou. The utilities, including Wi-Fi , are very good. AT&T phone and data signals are available in the area. Office, bathrooms, laundry, and pool are well kept. The office closes at 2 PM on the weekends but on site staff is friendly and available to help. The cost stated is the weekly rate. We would stay here again.
