- Resort Inclusions: Full access to dual resort swimming pools, rock waterfall, and 24/7 lighted fishing piers (NO PUBLIC FISHING – GUESTS ONLY).

Deepwater Marina Boat Slips
Protected deepwater wet slips along Dickinson Bayou with direct navigable access to Galveston Bay. Enjoy lighted docks, freshwater hookups, and fish cleaning stations (NO PUBLIC FISHING – GUESTS ONLY).
- Guest Boat Slip Rentals: Daily and weekly transient dockage for visiting anglers and boaters staying at the resort.

Extended Stays & Monthly Rates
Planning an extended stay or monthly retreat on Dickinson Bayou? All extended stays include dual swimming pools, two 24/7 lighted fishing piers (guests only), high-speed Wi-Fi, and clubhouse access. Monthly rates range from $550 to $800/month plus metered electric.

Please keep outdoor music, TV, and voices low to respect sleeping neighbors.
10 MPH Speed Limit
Strictly enforced 10 MPH speed limit across all roads for cars, trucks, golf carts, scooters, and bicycles to keep children and pedestrians safe.
Pet Friendly (2 Pets / Site)
Maximum 2 well-behaved pets per site. Pets must remain on a handheld leash outside. Enjoy our fenced Bayside Dog Park for off-leash exercise.
Dual Swimming Pools
Family Waterfall Pool welcomes children (under 16 accompanied by parent/guardian 21+). The Adult Pool is strictly reserved for guests 21 and older.
